I've been in Superhumans since 6 months. I have to say that It's fantastic!!! It's not like other gyms.It's a combination of lifting workouts and metabolic drills.. It's been a month I have joined superhumans , I was doing work out since 5-6 years but never experienced such change in my body weight as well as endurance. Lost almost 4kgs in a month and gained lot of confidence. Would personally to join Superhumans as normal gyms only trains you to lift the weights nobody understands the actual phenomenon behind the fitness.
