I have joined this gym last year , and I am here to share my experience and review of my journey . The gym boasts a wide range of high-quality equipment. The gym offers ample parking space, making it convenient for members. The staff at this gym truly make it exceptional. They are friendly, approachable, and always willing to assist. Whether you need guidance on using a particular machine or advice on creating a workout routine, they are readily available to help. The overall atmosphere is positive and supportive, fostering a sense of community among members.

I have been going to the gym for the past 3 years now and I have been trained by few Gym Trainers but I have gotten the best results with "Master" Karunaprabhu. He is very dependable and is goal oriented. I have told him many times that my old trainers would always tend to hold back when they see improvement to keep you on the hook. But not with Master Karunaprabhu, he makes sure we are always on target with our goals. I have received many compliments on the way I look and not only that I feel really good and my stress level have dropped considerably. I used to run marathons and I thought I was healthy but while working out with Master Karunaprabhu I found out I could do more. But what really stood out to me was the quality of the instruction I received from Karuna Prabhu Master. As a trainer, Karuna Prabhu Master was absolutely fantastic. Excellent sensible coach, you get a customized workout program. Every day monitoring n guidance from them for NO extra payment such as personal training (pt). In fact on my first visit I asked n was willing to pay for pt as did in my previous gyms but the owner n trainer said, "Sir we treat every one with equal importance n care, we in our gym don't have the concept of pt but I promise you will achieve your goal n we will guide you to reach your goal . At 45 now I feel as 28 yrs both physically n mentally. Thanks is insufficient to convey my gratitude

I'm Tamilnadu Para Powerlifting Champion Super Gym is one of the best gyms in the city. My couch "Mr. Karunaprabhu" is exceptional and highly professional. He is very patient even with beginners like me and kind enough to repeatedly show the right way to use the gym equipment no matter how many times you ask. He makes going to the gym a very professional experience by giving a mix of exercises and changing the workouts every single day to avoid boredom. The overall vibe is very positive and i am looking forward to achieve my goals of powerlifting and strengthening muscles under his guidance and supervision.
