SUPER GYM Cult Fit - Gym in Bengaluru - Bengaluru Urban, India

This is definitely one of the best gyms in city. It is huge and dedicated sections. It has wide variety of machines. Now comes to negatives: the machines here are quite old but that is not the problem, they're not maintained properly and are in bad shape which can pose danger to people, for example the assisted pull up machine has one of the leg support gone bad and people can slip. I have gone to this gym in 2017 for 3 months with personal trainer and the results were awesome. Next went in 2018 for couple of months and had stopped due to injury. Again went on 2019 for 1-2 months and again some other injury and stopped. Went in 2023 again from jan-may. 2017-2019 I have seen this gym in it's best condition! 2017 it was decent size but now it's very huge gym which is fantastic. I think after they made into cult they stopped maintaining. Also the gym is over crowded most of the time and sometimes few idiots will come who will think the gym is there own and dont give chance to others for working out. After such experience it feels like it's better to work out at home or go to other gym. But seriously, I have been to multiple gyms with the advantage of cult elite pass, but haven't seen such a big gym with wide variety of equipment (but sadly not maintained well). If they maintain the equipment and probably do something to control the crowd then this can shine again as the few of the best gyms in the city(probably in the country, trust me!)

One of the worst #cultfitnes, May be the managers inviting bad reviews or they are trying to impress the gym owner by reducing 100rs in electrical bill. They switch off AC in most of the time and to compensate they put Fans. Don't join by just by the look, you will be suffocated by sweat smell. There are no exhaust fans, so even if you open the window it's suffocating. They have bigger space but very cheap management. Most of the people are paid for 6 or 12 month so continuing. Never thought #cultgym are so bad. They should keep minimum standards. Even if trainers see new people doing mistake they won't correct. And only 1 or 2 trainer's are well built.

Once upon a time, this gym was famous in vignan nagar for its cleanliness and for its services. Nowadays everything is broken. You can easily see in the picture gym tools are not in good condition.

Great place to workout! Lot of Equipments. My Personal Trainer Abdul has been training me since November and does a good job at helping me achieve my fitness goals. Very accommodating and dedicates time to his clients. He is very encouraging at pushing your targets at your comfortable pace, very knowledgeable at training and diet, has a good number of professional certifications. I aim to continue my fitness goals at Super Gym till I am around this area. Try to avoid 6pm to 8pm on weekdays as the gym is very crowded.

If you want to spend less then join with cult membership here but if you want to have a peaceful workout join a less crowded gym. This gym is overly crowded and machines are also used overly. If you have good money to invest in yourself please join some gym which would be worth the money.

Feedback after a month. I started as a beginner after a very long break fr gym. Expected there are trainer who will guide on how to use the equipments so I can avoid mistakes, not asking for a personal trainer but it was quite hard to know who are the trainers, i wasn't introduced either. Even if you find the trainer, they just show the equipment from distance and say yes do it. You may have a lot of sales pressure but don't approach for selling the PT on the only time you speak, first be available and friendly,and monitor to correct anyone's mistakes. The other problem is they don't like keeping the A/C on. Once i was told that the landlord has a problem after 9pm. Gym time is 11 pm. For a month I've visited different time slots and found the same problem, they either say the weather is good. At times it's overcrowded and accept the ventilation isn't good enough. Last thing you want is to get suffocated while working out. Excuses can be many but the best solution is to switch it on and play with the temperature depending on the weather. No one should have any problem with that. Few of the sanitizer spray doesn't work and the towel are torn out and way too dirty, It's not hygienic. Conclusion- Local non brand gym has better service, support and friendly. If you want to work out here, you are on your own also may feel suffocated and ignored if you approach for any help. Had high expectations from Cult fit but it feels like a scam. None of my feedback via their app was shared to the branch either.

I was doing workout here for last four years ...and it was so good before. But now it's one of the worst gym in indiranagar.. so bad maintenance. None of the threadmill is working ...no attention from any instructors. No water to drink. No cleaning of machines. Heavy weight machine all r bend and very risky to do . So I decided to move to some other elite rating gym. So shame on cult to keep such kind of gym in ur list . So bad management. Sorry to give this review. I am writing this after a lot of complaints made to each person in this gym management and they r least bothered to listen to any customers

One of the worst gyms I have ever been to. I was harrassed the second day i came into the gym. I was alernating a squat set with a another guy who really seemed nice to me and things were normal. I have a knee injury and have doing leg workouts to strengthen my joints. The shoes I wore that day were really causing me pain during the set. So I decided to remove them during the rest of the sets. One of the trainers adviced me there is a rule not remove shoes. I spoke to him and told him i respect the rules and will wear the shoes again each time I finish the set as I don't I want to get you in trouble too. I explained the knee injury and the pain. He understood smiled and went, that was when a men called him back and asked "whats my problem" and " why can't he wear shoes". By then the demeanor of this man was very hostile the way he asked. I knew something was about to happen. He then came to and said why can't you wear. I explained everything again to him. He then further started to question my squat form ?? And if I really know how to squat. How does that even relate to this. He started to became very disrespectful and threating. I still kept calm and never reacted. Even the guy I was alternating with could feel what is happening is wrong. This man made my workout at the gym a living hell. He kept escalating this. Calling other trainers. And threating me if come the next day what will happen. Turns out he's the gym owner. Is this how you treat people? Is this how you flaunt your ego? My entire peace was shattered at that moment. People come to the gym to Escape from life's struggles and focus on themselves and build on themselves. For most people gym is their safe place. This experience was traumatizing. I urge people to steer clear from this place. The owner is the worst and extremely vile and an egoist.
