Had booked a room two three months ago. Rooms are clean & good. Location is accessible. There is ample parking also. But service is very poor. Staff are arrogant and impolite. Wont recommend
Don't go to this restaurant... such a bad experience . Judge people by their appearance and colour. This is the second time we went there and still couldn't eat . They treat the customers as beggers...

A Special thanks to the Sunstar team,we had a family occasion taken over here for 50 pax and we did everything over the phone as it we were not available to Check the place but special thanks to Mr.Josmin (Food &Beverage Manager)his coordination and communication was really awesome ,all the guests of us were happy with food and the arrangements and everything was so perfect and beautifully decoratedthanks to the entire team and management..Good work Really good sport for an occasion or gatherings
Very bad customer service!!We order just 1 biriyani and 1 fried rice and we waited for 45mins!!! Still didnt get the food! When we tried to inform this to the waiter Jibin (name) he approached us in a very rude manner!! Such a shame!! Never thought Sun Star would treat their customers this way!!
Considering the price, rooms are good. Basic size rooms, always neat, well maintained, comfortable bed, well maintained bathroom. The room service and staff are really nice.
Right in the middle of town & really good value for money. Rooms are spacious & in the center court a juice shop is set up. They make really great completely fresh juices & the food in the restaurant is really good. Many locals come here with their families to eat & that's understandable. I will also come back here for the good service of all staff.
