Went here for lunch. This building was renovated as a Hotel, hence the corridors are narrow and rooms are small. But Enough parking space available. Very good ambience, looks stylishly luxurious. Services are good. The food is good in taste. The services will be very slow during peak hours, which they donno how to handle even after this many years, else everything is good. Spacious enough to handle large gatherings meetings etc.

Palakarkku verae options illathathu ivarudae bhagyam. Food is mediocre so is the service. All curries felt watered down. Even the soap in the washroom was watered down. The barbecue chicken felt like it was from Antarctica - When I complained that the chicken was cold, they took it away and brought it back with a slightly warm outer surface and still very cold on the inside. Basically, they have no idea what a barbecue chicken should be like ? Pls never buy chilly chicken, I couldn't find any chicken in it. All it was is maida rolls in a gravy. Wasted 1.5 Hrs of my families time for a underwhelming dinner experience. Only upside was the ambience and parking.

This restaurant is one of the best family restaurant in Pala. Awesome food with great quality and quantity. Chinese food is really good here.Chilly garlic baby corn,hakka nudles, Kizhi porotta,ghee rice are my favorites.

I recently tried the Sunstar Mushroom Pizza at Sunstar in Pala and had a decent experience. The pizza itself had a good amount of toppings, including plenty of mushrooms, and the crust was crispy and flavorful. The restaurant itself was also clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and attentive. However, I did have a few issues with my experience. For one, the pizza took a bit longer to arrive than I expected, even though the restaurant wasn't particularly busy at the time. Additionally, while the toppings were flavorful, I felt like the pizza itself lacked a bit of seasoning and could have used a bit more spice or salt to really make it pop. All in all, I would say that Sunstar is worth a visit if you're in the mood for pizza and are in the Pala area. While there were a few issues with my experience, the pizza itself was tasty and satisfying, and the restaurant is a nice place to sit down and enjoy a meal.

Convenient location with parking. But food quality not as great as they claim. Nothing we ordered seemed freshly cooked. Also they claim to use only healthy natural products. But the food we got was surely added with all kinds of sauces that have additives which they claim not to use. Service was good.

Since there are not much option for restaurants at pala this is my preferred place. The food is nice and the service is good. The ambience is ok. Will recommend it
