One of the best yoga classes in the city. I have been to a few fitness classes earlier but this is my personal favorite. The instructors are professionals in what they do as well as optimistic for overall fitness. Totally worth it!
I've found professional and kind teachers, who have been able to guide me during the classes I've attended here. The monthly schedule is very full and you can try different yoga styles everyday. I'm sure you will enjoy it! I will be back at Sunshine yoga academy very soon!
Best yoga centre in Amritsar . First time, i tried multiple variations of yoga at one place. I lost 10 kg weight in three months which all credit goes to surinder sir who push me alot. Yoga lovers must join this place.

Fully satisfied with the yoga classes, yoga teacher are fully dedicated towards their work . Basically I love most in sunshine yoga is Everyday new variation of yoga they teach to us, my favourite yoga series is DANDA YOGA (yoga with stick). All should have try once .
This center is really great!There are so many lessons and different practices every day! The teachers are competent and very patient and they make you work hard! I will definitely come back to have other lessons... It feels like home!
