Decent community closest to IT park near Ghatkesar. My parents live here for the last 6 years. Good appreciation of property I hear. The internal roads are concrete. Most school buses come inside to pickup and drop off children. Security guard, common water, small parks inside, community hall, good quality neighbors for all age group, temple n hospitals near by. Overall, great buy if you buy a house here or if you rent, nothing like it.
It's one of the best place to stay, I have never seen like this type of place before, It's very natural and comfortable to stay, And villa's are really Looking awesome, Specially the White color, wow it's looking great, and The room quality Is best, all rooms have attached Bathroom, And A big Dining, and also A big kitchen, some buildings have 3bed room or some have 4 bed rooms, Also having a nice Balkoni, and Terist, Specially The environment is to eco friendly, and The Maintenance Also good, But In sun shine park phase 1one, Society manager iss too kharoos, he is not good, and also a bad person,, Otherwise everything is Good, only the problem is the secretary or The KUTTA wale, He is very cheap person, But the other maintains persons or workers are really great, they keep the park too clean, And they have good humanity also, Although Sun shine park is one of the best, But now some rules are too bad, like They didn't allowing everyone to enter their home, Arrey We took individual room for that only,

It's a very good gated community i like it...it's near to the ghatkesar bus stop and warangal highway so many facilities are available..
