My experience:- Pros:- Good doctors are available in following departments. 1- General Medicine 2-: Neurology 3- General Surgery 4- Hematology 5- Chaste & TB CONS:- Need Improvement 1- Nephrology 2- Cardiology & surgery 3- Skin & VD Staff nurses needs to be more caring. It accept all health insurance & BSKY.

Good hospital, Doctors are good, Patient friendly nursing staff, Very prompt front office and corporate desk and very smooth billing process.Only problem is they won't allow you to see your own test reports in case you are admitted indoors. A patient or his/her attendant has every right to see their test reports. You have to stand and plead before their so-called patient care department staff and nursing desk for hours just to see your reports. They need to improve in this area and be more patient friendly to justify the name "Patient Care Department".

Great doctors with good hospitality. A humble advice to the patient care.. Don't just repeat what you hear on your meetings, first understand then convey and please don't use jargons. For you there might be hundreds of patients coming everyday but for a patient you are the face of this hospital, so be cooperative till the end. All the staffs are nice. Thanks

I was taken my cousin brother into emergency and I saw the duty staff was extremely prompt and helpful. They neither wasted any time & nor asked us to fill additional forms or anything like that, as is the case in other big hospitals. Their priority was to take care of arisen emergency, which they did with extreme care. Additionaly, the doctor took special attention to ask if he is feeling better, as did the nurse. They were extremely kind, helpful and attentive. Also, the beds were clean and the services were very affordable. I was very impressed with the services provided. Highly recommended! Advising:- It will be more helpful, If second time visiting charges will reduced from 600 to 400.

We are very much obliged by treatment of Dr. P.K JENA sir ( Neurologist). My father Kali Charan Patro is under his treatment and feeling far better than before. Dr.JENA not only possesses an extensive knowledge of his field but also takes the time to listen attentively, addressing every concern with patience and understanding. His dedicated treatment is commendable.

The staff at Sun Shine Hospital is a true testament to the dedication and professionalism of the healthcare industry. The nurses, doctors, and support staff went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was as comfortable and stress-free as possible. Their commitment to patient care was evident in every interaction I had with them. Only lacking is a good canteen facility for attendants.

The services that we receive from cardiologist Dr Badri Dandapani is excellent and incredible. He not only has taken great care of my father's health, but also he is lovely to speak with at every appointment.

Along with diagnosis, treatment with utmost care Doctors are very friendly,Friendly staff environment not only they they make us understand swiftly and smoothly with so much of patience they listen everything and makes us understand what is going through , Hygienic care Good canteen Hospitality is very nice Specially dr.
