Worst Service by the hospital.......... Single bed AC room in which Ac was not working. TV was a show piece....just for billing purpose. Switch board was open which is very risky..... No changing of bedsheets in 48hrs. Even after requesting multiple times. No Drinking water was provided by the hospital. Bed swings not working. Final bill for single day was 56k. One should ignore strictly exception for emergency.
I had taken my treatment with Dr. Rakesh Tirmale and Dr. Dhammadeep Humane, both Dr are very professional and dedicated in terms of their treatment. It was quite good experience and Admin Manager Ms. Musarrat Bade helped me a lot during my treatment. I would like to appreciate overall her way she has a knowledge in all technical aspects. My aunt was admitted here for 24 days and the service and medical attention they provided was excellent. Doctor Ashwin was very patient with my aunt and explained the entire medical procedure with calmness and in depth to us. Musarrat from admin department was really helpful throughout. She was our go-to person the entire time and literally took care of us like family. All doctors and staff are well trained and friendly. A very good hospital.

I had the worst experience in this hospital. The service was very pathetic, no proper documentation, billing, nurses have lack of experience, unhygienic room (single AC room), stinky washroom and no prompt response to the patient. If you have mediclaim then unnecessarily they'll try to keep you for a longer time and charge higher than the normal rates. Even while clearing the bills I had a very bad experience. I highly WON'T recommend this hospital especially if you want to admit it or in case of emergency.
