Sunset Point, Kanyakumari - Tourist attraction in Kanyakumari, Kovalam - Kanniyakumari, India

The location is good and clean as we can see in most of the tourist places in TN. You can have the amazing sunset view from the point as well as the small structure made at the point for a better view. Lots of rocks that can be used for having some peace time!!!

Calm and Magical! . Great place to relax and feel the cold salty wind Breeze through your hair and enjoy the setting of the Sun. . Just 10 minutes drive from boating point. . Ample free parking space, chargeable washroom facility is also there which is a little far (50-100 m from beach side), some snack options also you would find there. . There are enough rocks and walls to sit on and enjoy. . ADVISE: come a little early(5-5:15pm) to attain the front rocks seats otherwise other people's heads would hinder the beautiful sunset and be cautious where you sit, choose your rock wisely. . Very nice Rocky calm beach near kanyakumari actual beach. If you are beach Lover and love calmness this is the place. There are small vendors selling food, tea etc. People are honest they don't overprice to the tourists.i visited this spot regularly during my stay

A very beautiful place to visit. I love to visit it. I think everybody have to visit this place atleast once in his whole lifetime. There's lot of car parking available with snacks shop surrounded by it. Many people try to get down to beach but police personnel present here to watch them as tides are heavy. Other than viewing sunset this place is definitely suitable for relaxation with a good view.A best place to see the sunset. Most people do not go to this site. Don't miss this side of Kanyakumari. It is fantastic, calm, and beautiful. There is not much sandy beach here but rocks to sit and enjoy the view and sound. Ample of parking spots around the beach area and nice walking path between the spots and beach which provides a refreshing walk and something to remember as a cherishing memory. Many food hawkers here for snack items. Dustbins are there on the roads near the beach so please do not throw waste on the beach like many others have done.

The view is absolutely fantastic. The sun going down below the sea is so magical. The place can be viewed from the beach ,but requires perfect weather. However when cloudy it won't be seen well. The wind blowing continuosly through your hair is such a perfect combo with the scenery. There is a view tower also for seeing the sunset.

My experience at Sunset Point in Kanyakumari was okay, mainly due to the cloudy day. Unfortunately, the clouds obscured the sunset, limiting the view. Despite this, the location itself was decent, and the coastal scenery was still pleasant. Keep weather conditions in mind when planning a visit for optimal sunset views.
