Sunrise Resorts - Resort hotel in Dongaravipalem - West Godavari, India

We booked 2 rooms for 6 members in this river banks resort Good * Located in the banks of Godavari river * 2 KM to National Highway on the river banks * Room service and staff response are polite * Well maintained Garden * Swimming pool is maintaining well and available up to 9 pm * Complimentery breakfast is good. Only 3 items served i.e. IDLY, VADA & UPMA and no other items. Coffee is good * Given all toiletries correctly Bad * Twin sharing rooms in duplex model are not advisable because only one washroom for 2 rooms * No proper approach road and only SANDY ROAD with the movement of heavy sand tipper lorry * The very well noted greetings from a burrial ground which very adjacent to the hotel while reaching from National Highway * No proper visible sign boards to lead the new guests to this resort from NH * No elevator and even no proper staircase which is very difficulty for senior citizens and children * Available IRON STAIR CASE is RUSTY and may cause Slip / hurt / injury to barefoot * No person is deployed to monitor and take care of swimming pool while children using because the depth is about 5 feet in all 4 corners & middle of pool * Available illumination is insufficient after sunset * Rooms has very bad odor indicating no Proper maintenance * Water leakage from washrooms ceiling which is quite above on wester commode just like sitting under shower It's really awkward * Ground Floor rooms got Terrible sound from First Floors while anyone walking or running due to entire first floor is a Prefab wooden structure. The sound is really unbelievable

Property is good. But maintenance of the property is really bad. Water in the pool is horrible. We have particularly called and asked whether the pool is in good condition they have assured that it is. Service is awful. They won't even inform anything properly. We've paid 6500 per night which is really not worth.

Sunrise Resorts has an excellent views from room, especially wooden cottages. Food was good. Staff service was good. Activities like boating were available. Swimming pool was well maintained. Best place for vacation, parties, wedding to spend a good time with family and friends.

One of best luxurious stay I have ever had ,river view restaurant and awesome place for small functions and weddings and boating facility also there must place to visit

Peaceful location.... Not much crowded... Less visitors but maintaining..

River view restaurant, bar and rooms. Best place around godavri districts. Wodden cottages has best ambience. Food tastes awesome. Good place to families and parties. I also listen they arrange destination weddings. Must place to visit

Management was worst. Policies were too worst. They have a beautiful place with good amenities but is in handa of a worthless unprofessional staff, they can't handle guests and they are not interested in developing business and it's not their own money. It's someone's else property. The policies needs to be flexible for the guests who tend to use regularly.

Good for parties and small functions or gatherings. They said more fun activities coming soon. Will visit again.!!
