Saputara is nice hill station in Gujarat. For staying many Hotels available. Lake is nice for boating, quiet and calm. Sunrise point and Sunset points are worth to visit. Good attraction is Rope way - But avoid going after 6 pm. Nageshwar mahadev and Nawagam Ganesh temple is also good. Wonderful experience for 2-3 days outing.
At a distance of 3 km from Saputara Bus Station, Sunrise Point is a famous vantage point located in Saputara, Gujarat. Also known as Valley Viewpoint, it is one of the magnificent places to visit in Saputara. Known for the splendid view of sunrise, Sunrise Point is a very serene and calm place to start your day with. Situated on the crest of a hill, this viewpoint gives a breath-taking view of the sunrise among the hills of Western Ghats. Besides, it is also a popular picnic spot, where families and tourists can be seen enjoying the natural beauty. Sunrise Point has been developed at different layers with a dedicated area for walkers and joggers. The place can be reached by a 1.5 km trek from the parking area at the bottom of the hill. The trail is very scenic, covered with lush green vegetation and is an attraction in itself. There are many benches along the way, where the senior citizens can relax for a while, and guard railings have been installed for safety at the periphery of each terrace. From the top of the peak, one can see the entire Saputara along with the surrounding villages and forests. Mesmerizing views of the sun rise. Great views of around 270deg from the edge with mountain range, lakes, river etc. Some people scaled the mountain ahead for either better views or for that adrenaline rush but surely it is not for the faint hearted. The timing of aun rise was slightly later than what was shown on Google search. Large parking space for many cars n bikes. Few shops were open while sun was rising but the hot tea seems heavenly. Some people with props like couple cycle for taking photos for tourists.
It was amezing place for one day trip. And the most attractive thing is the morning view at the top of the hill in the monsoon season.

Beautiful place as seen in old romantic movie song, must visit this place and take beautiful snaps with waterfall through steps and side by side flowers. If you are in saputara pls come to this place best time to visit is 5 pm to 7 pm.
This is first attraction point in saputara. Here you can see the beautiful town and lake and river. Dense green area. Instead of goin by car, i recommend to go by walk and enjoy trek here.
