I had been there to buy some silver articles and went to the first floor where the Owner's son was at the counter and he was ARROGANT to his core. Talk Arrogantly with a smile is his mantra. He should first learn to be humble and talk to customers; he thinks he is from a wealthy class, and what he says is the ultimate. It's a gimmick to put down the customer and nod to his words. Coming to prices it's way too exorbitant there are other less fancy shops in the vicinity where you get at better prices. They also make a call to some shop nearby to get the articles and show and quote exorbitant. Better to avoid these people who still think they are the ultimate.

The owner is arrogant and doesn't have basic ethics on how to treat a customer and all of this inspite of being his old customer that he behaved this way,I have come across this man for the first time today and worst experience after.Never visiting again !! Good luck manipulating the customers with triggering words but I value money more than you and would never throw the cash like you said to make you look the good person where as the reality was different. We know the calculations too. And you were never "trying to convincing" you were nothing but arrogant and rude.This arrogance and manipulation won't take you anywhere.
