Very much disappointed with the nurses and staff members in the department of gynecology & obsestrics. The treatment of Dr. Sravani sakshi is not good on PCOD she is repeating the medicines and there is no use and no solution to the problem. I highly recommend not to visit the sunrise hospital

Too much cost and the staff who are working as nurse, peon these people are not giving minimum respect towards the patients, recently my wife gave birth to child in this hospital, so i went to casualty to apply the birth certificate (For kids birth certificate was free and some hospitals are not charging any cost) here one guy was taken my details along with Xerox s with 1000 rupees cash. After few days i got print for certificate and in that certificate this uneducated fellow mentioned my wifee adhar card number as in correct. For this change we are roaming to bala bhavan daily. I went back to hospital and asked they are telling we don't know.

Very bad service, money earning only, especially Dr. Swami, he don't know how to treated a patient and how to talk with a patient attenders. I can't sea such type of doctor in my life. He don't know how to convince the patient and how to treat.
Treatment for Corona was good, but charges for the treatment are too overwhelmed. Services of nurses are not good. Simply they are looting the patient. I came to know many Hospitals are doing the same. Public administration authorities should fix this issue. They are simply charging at least more than FIVE times.
They are not accepting any kind health insurance Cards, Govt sponsored Treatment.
Treatment & support was good from doctor's end, Dr. Sravani, Dr. Swami and their team was great job while delivery situation we are thanks to the team, billing section also behaves as politely but charges for Services from nurses was demand money around RS/500. For each service even their duty like room changes, vaccination. Simply they are looting the patient & some time misbehaving.
It was not fare, management should control thease activities it's very bad policy to encourage, is it fine when the patient self- donate or tip while they feel happy.
And ther is no separate facilities to treats Covid patiens, this may leads to spreading others.
Very nice hospital and good behaviour and services of nurse's. This hospital is very clean and hygienic and they are giving very good treatment in comfortable price.
