I had a concerning experience with Dr. Vaishak. When consulting for my 3-month-old baby's fever and breathing issues during the night, the lady doctor who attended was acceptable. However, the next morning, Dr. Vaishak's lack of empathy made the situation more distressing. I anticipated a compassionate approach, particularly for a baby's health. Unfortunately, the overall encounter left me dissatisfied, and I wouldn't recommend his services.On the same day, another child and their family experienced some issues, prompting us to make the decision to discharge Dr. Vaishak suggested treatment for my baby's health issues was ineffective, and we had to seek help elsewhere. The lack of improvement prompted us to discharge our baby and consult another hospital where the problem was properly addressed. I disagree with Dr. Vaishak's approach and behavior throughout this ordeal, which only added to the distressing experience. Our usual go-to, Dr. Sachin, has consistently provided trustworthy guidance for our baby's treatment. The lady doctor who attended to our baby at night also demonstrated good care. However, my concern lies with the doctor who was present in the morning - their approach and effectiveness left much to be desired. Consistency in care is essential, and I hope this feedback contributes to improvements in the overall service provided by the hospital. I am crafting my review based on the disparity between the treatment suggested by Dr. Vaishak and the treatment received at another hospital. The contrast in approaches has been a crucial factor in my evaluation.

Much satisfied and pleased with the accurate and appropriate treatment and action plan from the side of doctors .all the staff in the reception were well behaved,patient and hard working.But so much disappointment from the nursing side. THE NURSES IN THE WARD they were rude and didn't even have basic knowledge. The nursing care they practice is very unsafe and they don't even care patient safety.Need to train them more.The casuality nurses were much better and they were well behaved even during very busy times

Very bad management. We had best services in govt hospitals. Lack of etiquette Misbehave from nursing staff in Emergency. Such a peripheral hospital Suggested for primary care
