We had an appointment and treatment with Dr. Hafeez Rahman and Dr. Nikita Trehan and we had quite a great experience. The team made us feel comfortable on the very first visit, contrarily we planned up Laparoscopy surgery. The surgery was equally compelling to the team's experience and expertise. Post surgery care, discharge and discharge summary was explained multiple times so that we don't miss anything after going home.

My recent visit to Sunrise hospital was nothing short of a disheartening experience. The advertised professionalism and competence of the doctor were glaringly absent. The center's services were not only poorly organized but also failed to live up to the standards promoted. To make matters worse, the doctor was notably absent and uncommunicative, leaving us to question the integrity of the entire practice. After parting with hard-earned money for the promised services, the absence of any semblance of quality or commitment was deeply disappointing. I urge anyone considering DR.Nikita to think twice before entrusting them with your well-being. This experience has left me thoroughly disillusioned and compelled to share this warning to spare others from the disappointment we endured

Hospital staff is very Cooperative but doctor Nikita is very careless after surgery she never look after her patients She is always in search of new patients very unfortunate for us to visit her hospital in New Delhi .I request everyone plz nd plz don't visit her hospital or any oppoinments plz I request my kashmiri bros.and sisters too plz avoid her as soon as u can Yeh chooru ka tola hia

I visited the center based on their advertised services and the doctor's profile. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The services were poorly organized, and the doctor was not present or communicative. After paying the fees, the lack of service quality was evident. I advise others to reconsider dealing with this doctor and center.

My experience with Sunrise Hospital, where I sought treatment for Endometriosis, was nothing short of exceptional. I was admitted for 4 days. This hospital undoubtedly is an exclusive facility for gynaecological guidance and surgical procedures related to uterine disorders. I underwent an invasive procedure for Stage IV endometriosis here and I'm grateful for choosing Sunrise. The medical team, led by Dr. Nikita and encompassing Dr. Sruthy, anaesthetist, the consulting doctors, and the nursing staff provided invaluable care throughout the stay. I genuinely felt the warmth they extended. They made me more confident about the process and definitely I was more calm than I anticipated. The hospital staff, particularly Mr. Rajesh and Mr. Pravin, were very helpful. Despite not being an extensively large healthcare facility, Sunrise Hospital offers comprehensive services for all gynaecological concerns. The well-maintained and clean infrastructure, the patient rooms, added to the comfortable experience. Doctors are very prompt, another advantage of this hospital is its ample medical personnel, which reduces long waiting time. However, I would suggest an upgrade in the quality of food provided by the pantry.

Had to get fibroids surgery get done for my wife. Right from our 1st visit to follow up check up the support from the entire team has nothing but amazing. We met Dr Nikita Trehan, who along with her team did a wonderful job. Mr Rajesh, who was coordinating with me was also helpful and ensured on time communication, which do help ease everyone's nerves. Got discharged in 24 hours post surgery too. All the doctors, nursing staff, support staff and cleaning team ensured it was a good experience. One area for improvement could be that the team could be supported with better infra. The infra in the rooms could be improved. Some of it does show the age. We did have an issue with the bed not reclining, which however was fixed in the morning. The washrooms were spotless and clean, but some of the room furniture could have been cleaner as well. Part of the infra could also be with a better pantry service as well.
