Prices of the rooms change faster than the stock market. Every phone number they have is assigned to different people. 4 different people will give you 4 different prices and will deny later at the time of advance payment. You shall not risk coming here as they have the audacity to say no at any given point of time. Have been here before and the service is genuinely average. The only reason I preferred coming here was the comfort of travel. I wish their service changes faster than their prices for their own good.

Honest and Positive Review We booked this place from Agoda where the reviews were extremely well. After booking somehow I stumbled upon Google reviews and was shocked. Since the rooms were already booked so thought to give it a try and here's the review. Clearly you would literally pay only 2000/- for this place which is half the price of other hotel rooms. So the facilities are also half in service. This the the easiest way to explain the condition here. Rooms - Tho the rooms are not very posh but they are clean. Yes we do have small insects in evening but that's because the view. That's very natural to happen. The washroom is clean, the bedsheet were not bad. You'll get a bisleri. Hot water in washroom is available. Service - Staff here is extremely polite. They will guide you well. Also, they would keep giving remainders for food at night so that we don't miss out on food once the time passes. Same with breakfast. Food - Extremely good food. Quality and quantity both amazing. Fair prices. Breakfast has multiple options - Vadapav, misal, poha, upma, bread butter, jam butter, omelet burji chai and coffee. Last but not the least. Location is extremely worth every penny. We booked mountain view rooms. Over all everything is fair according to the prices we pay. Rather the location is so on point we were surprised why weren't they charging more. We are usually hard to please customers but we are happy. Will also post an image of room but it isn't too different from what is on website. Only a little care of the furniture need to taken. We wi definitely re-visit this place.

My booking experience with Sunrise Hill Resort in Khandala was very disappointing. To get a confirm booking was impossible, and the dealings with the staff revealed their greediness. Moreover, the unsettling possibility of immediate cancellation due to better prices elsewhere made the stay incredibly uncertain. Overall, it was a worst experience for booking the room.

We have been planning for a monsoon trip somewhere and we came across this place called Sunrise Hill resort located in Khandala and very closed to Express highway. The resort is located on a hill and the view was mind blowing. Talking about negative points, Resort management must look into cleanliness as the room where we were accommodated was way different than it looks in the the picture on the website. Rooms were stinky and not cleaned. The only good part of that room was View hence we somehow managed our stay. Food quality was average. Staff was very attentive and helpful. Apart from this you'll find various indoor games options such as Carrom, Table tennis and Snooker and that's what the best part of the whole resort. I hope management will look into these negative points and work on it. I would rate 6 out of 10. Thanks.

Made a huge mistake coming here. This is a shady place as the receptionist always demand cash to avoid "gst". Extremely filthy rooms and the images shown on the website is of a different hotel because this place is a cheap dilapidated lodge. Absolutely unclean place with unflushabhle toilet, filthy bedsheets and bed. It's a very dirty place.

I booked this hotel during my traveling due to heavy traffic in lonavla, first a fall do not get attracted by pictures which is posted on their website. It's completely different as shown the overall experience with the washroom, room, and bed was disappointing. The washroom lacked cleanliness and maintenance, which made it unpleasant to use. The room itself seemed outdated and in need of refurbishment, with worn-out furniture and inadequate amenities. As for the bed, it was uncomfortable and didn't provide a restful night's sleep. These issues significantly affected the quality of the stay and left a negative impression. Only one thing is good you can see it the view. No use if you don't have up to date room and clean bathroom. Mood spoiler.

Stayed in Family mountain view deluxe room in July first week, experience was very bad.Room was not cleaned & maintained properly. Not good enough as shown in pictures.Room service is very slow. It took 3 to 4 hour just to deliver towels in the room.Toilet was not properly cleaned, bath tub provided in bathroom was not cleaned (black spots were there). I asked for cleaning the bath tub, but it was still not cleaned properly. Only thing which i was satisfied with in this resort was food. It was tasty. If you want to staycation with your family and want enjoy a good time to build better memories, try for other properties available in this area.I will not recommend this resort to anyone.

Very unclean rooms.. lots of insects. The staff is very rude and careless. Rooms are nothing like the photos. It is very old , stinking and small. The floor is sticky, bed sheets are old and torn. Horrible stay. Pls improve your service! Food was okay.
