Sunrise Beach - Featured Reviews (156)
One of the best beaches to view the sunrise in Kanyakumari as the name suggests. We couldn't witness the beauty of sunrise since we visited the place on a monsoon. So plan accordingly if you are touring here. The streets that lead to the beach are very chaotic so we found it hard to reach there.
As the name suggest this is the beach place where we can experience the very first site of rising sun. The time of sunrise varies according to season. The morning sunrise view and waves of sea combination is most beautiful.
Holy Dip place for the people visit " Muttapathi " temple nearby. There are rocks in front of will reduce the force of waves & feel safe bath. Good place to see sunrise. From main road takes 10 minutes. No public transport available. Care to be taken from the rocks dip inside water. There is no facility to change the dress. No proud peaceful place.
Calm beach. But unfortunately couldn't see sun rise due to clouds.
route is some what narrow for cars but can go.. but the view is worth visiting during sunrise.. not to much crowded as the place is not known to many ..

Stayed there for 2 nights as it had a kitchen, so a good option in case you are traveling with a baby. The rooms were spacious and neat. You will have to take an auto to reach the main market. No restaurants nearby but there are grocery stores and a
As the name suggests the place was very calm and quiet where you can relax and enjoy the waves peacefully. It is not crowded like other places so if you want to enjoy the waves and water in peace then you should come to this place.
