I must specifically mention Mr. Jithu, the gym director, who leads by example. As a EuropeActive EREPS Level 4 certified personal trainer, Mr. Jithu possesses extensive knowledge in personal training. His expertise shines through in his training programs, especially those tailored for Mobility, Rehabilitation, PCOD, and Diabetes control. I also appreciate the fact that he offers online training as part of his personal training program, allowing for flexibility and accessibility. In addition to Mr. Jithu's leadership, I would like to make a special mention of the other trainers in the gym namely, Mr. Mithun, Mr. Vishnu, and Mr. Ananthu. Their knowledge, dedication, and personal attention to every member in the gym have played a significant role in running this gym successfully under Mr. Jithu's able guidance. Together, they have created a supportive and inspiring environment that fosters growth and progress. Sunrays Fitness Centre also caters to the convenience of its members with separate Ladies and Gents A/C floors. This thoughtful inclusion ensures a comfortable experience for everyone. Amazing facilities, top equipments and good services with friendly coaches. I was very thin earlier and now I gained 4kg just within a month of training. Now I am more confident about my physique that I have gained much more self confidence. And the coaches, the instructor is a kind and encouraging person. The Gym is well-managed and maintained. They have high quality equipments. The trainers are always so upbeat, motivating and encouraging. The community they have built at this studio is incredible, and it is such a joy working out here.

It is without doubt one of the best gyms in the area. It is clean, spacious, air conditioned, provides locker and toilet facilities, parking space, separate gents and ladies section, qualified instructors, friendly staff. They pay so much attention to keep the gym clean. The gym has got locker facilities which is very convenient.The place is very spacious and air conditioned too. They have also got separate sections for ladies and gents. The ample parking space also adds to the convenience. The equipment are of top quality and are well maintained. Instructor Jithu and the rest of the staff are so friendly and qualified. The friendliness of the staff and the ambience of the gym motivates you to stick with your fitness goals. I'm very satisfied and happy with what Sunrays Fitness Center provides and would recommend it to others.

Sunrays Fitness Center Its a fentastic gym. This new location is mint from the staff to the equipment to the trainers, by far the nicest and most knowledgable staff in the buisness today. Most importantly the same group of quality trainers are there to personally get to know you and push you in the right way. You will not do the same workout twice and if you go you will see the results no questions.its a life changing gym experience and i recommend its highly to all my friends and family. Trainers whi really care and go above and beyond to help you achieve your goals.

I have been going to Sunrays Fitness Centre & Gym for approximately 2 years. The best thing that I like about the gym is that they give a lot of importance to its cleanliness & health factor. During the COVID times, they followed strictly the protocol & how they insisted on all the members also to follow their guidelines was really spectacular. The instructors in the gym are very professional & friendly. They make you feel so comfortable in the gym. The way the set your routine and help us achieve our goals is thoroughly appreciable. They have a well maintained locker room. The equipment in the gym are all also well maintained and the best in the industry. Separate areas for ladies is also a good decision they did. The gym is controlled by unique biometric entry, which gives the clients a sense of security. The staff, trainers & the clients - all of them make a good "family wala feeling"... :)
