The place is completely unmaintained over the last few years (earlier pictures in the reviews from years ago show the best/new state which is now long gone). Mould on walls, broken outdoor chairs, stuffy smell, bathroom fittings not working. If fixed and the place would be quite nice. The place has got peace and quiet going for itself. The caretakers were able to provide us tea and snacks - you are on your own for everything else. Few places around deliver via the usual apps
Very peaceful and calm place to hangout. You can relax without the disturbance of busy Bangalore city .... We had a small college reunion here . Can easily accommodate around 20 people. Have the facility for barbecue but mighty have to bring the chicken and ingredients
Rooms are good, good lawn and open areas, provided us with bonfire facility. The cook/ helper was really efficient. Needs more bathrooms , just 3 can be a stretch if there are 15 or above members

Amazing house care taker "Bheem" he is very helpful didn't say no to anything. Super spacious room. Villa was kept clean. Had a memorable time. Would definitely recommend.
Serene n green n cool with lots of trees..well maintained and near to airport..great for team parties and reunions..no disturbance as it is quite into the huge place..loved the stay
Quite Disappointed. Initially the owner was quite friendly and promising. When asked for an advance cause we were expecting more guests we paid. But when it came to returning the advance he made up a lot of unwanted reasons. Really disappointing and unprofessional way of dealing.
In a secluded spot yet very close to the Bangalore airport. Perfect for a weekend family or friends get together.
