Sunkissed Plaza - Resort hotel in Calangute - North Goa, India

Terrible hotel ...I have no idea why it says 3 star.. rooms bathroom gets chocked and start smelling. bugs in the bed and fan has no regulator.. in 503 .. free breakfast is one the worse i had in years i ask for omllete and told its chargable .. when i had stayrd in other 3 star hotel and i know how well they treat.. please if u love your family and vacation dont stay in this hotel..

Service staff do not respond. When you call reception and ask for anything that will not be attended to. Later, if you approach the reception they act as if they didn't know and ask us return, who did we speak to? We stayed there for 3 nights and floor mats nor the buckets and mugs were provided. At least the showers are not maintained... We were a batch of 65+ and we were late to come back for dinner from a place we visited. We tried calling the Hotel or the Coordinator to convey the same. On reaching the hotel, the service staff were present, but they refused to serve the food. Our batch also has ladies and small children and we didn't had anywhere else to go for food that late in the night... Only after lots of drama and time, they served the food... I had to literally threaten them that i will mention this experience in the review... Unforgiveable experience, that too on the first night of our 3 nights stay... They change towels or offer water bottles or room cleaning. The cushions of the chairs in the rooms have come off. No one to listen... Such horrible service staff. They are ready to fight with Customers... Pathetic... God bless them.

Good service, very helpful staff, good atmosphere and very close to beaches, everyday they had different menu and evening Pool DJ and especially loved Rajasthani Folk Dance on Wednesday. Main USP of hotel is Location, it's in center and on Main Road in Market, all shops are at walking distance. Restaurant price is very reasonable. Thanks

Avoid at any cost. This hotel is worst one. checkin delayed by 1hr. front desk lady totally arrogant.Rooms are not properly clean and neat.Staff is not friendly and we'll mannered.we have booked two delux rooms but they provided the one delux and one ordinary room where AC and fan is not working. Breakfast is ends at 10:30 but everything is finished at 9am, food quality is also not good and even same type of food they provided daily.while check out they have asked to do 30 min early. Would not recommend this at all to stay in.

We went on out office trip to Goa and stay was in"Sunkissed Plaza". It was not at all good. We got same food for Dinner what we ate in the afternoon. After I told them about the food they try to change the menu for rest of our stay. But it was not good. Same for breakfast too. Pool was dirty. Lot of mosquitoes were there at room and dinning area. But the staff was not bother to do something about the same. Washrroms near pool area and dinning area was so dirty. There was no hygiene at all. Only rooms were little good. It was waste of money. Do not go for this hotel. Not at all recommended. They need to improve all these things.

I stayed here with my family for 3 nights and it was the WORSE decision ever. I can give you a gazillion reasons why you should NEVER stay here with your family ever and ruin your holiday: 1. The manager and the staff weren't sure of the prices. We were told different room rates by the manager and the receptionist. 2. We stayed for 3 nights and had to pay for 4, they cheated us and didn't refund the money or give us a bill even after asking them continuously (also why we couldn't shift hotels because we had made a full payment upfront) 3. The manager and the receptionist were so rude. Zero hospitality, terrible room service which I will get to in the next point. They went to the extent of disturbing us in the middle of the night every freaking night for parking issues which didn't exist in the first place! 4. We stayed in the premium rooms and were told that housekeeping staff would come regularly to clean the place but what actually happened was we would follow up from morning to evening for them to come and clean the place but they would conveniently tell us in the evening that house keeping hours are done and they couldn't clean the place then. Do yourself a favour and just don't stay in this place and ruin your holiday! From the people to the place it'll give you the most horrible experience ever! The manager was so rude and arrogant, he does not know how to behave nicely whatsoever! Wish I could rate this hotel in negatives or give it no stars whatsoever.
