Very pathetic service at Sunjeevan Hospital and NICU in Thane west....money minded people... Our patient was admitted in icu on Thursday 31st December 2021 at 9pm. Pt was put on o2 supply at 2 litres only...still full day icu charges were taken for that day, full day o2 charges were taken saying o2 was on 5 to 7 liters..... They were literally lying about o2 supply given Hospital is charging 3000rs for one day o2 supply whereby we get o2 concentrators for 3000rs for one month in market.... Management there says, we take full day charges even if you admit pt at 11.45 pm.... So, according to them for 15 minutes of service they will charge full day charges, even when other emergency charges are also being applied... Also, they denied giving final bill Or provisional bill after full payment on the day of discharge.... They said they will give it after 5days... Very disappointed with the medical director Dr. Kale. Money minded person

I was diagnosed with Appendix and hospitalized and operated at Sunjeevan Hospital for 4 days. The surgeons associated with Dr. Naik are the best. My operation went smooth. The medications given to me were perfect and had no side effects. The hospital is clean and well managed. The hospital staff is very friendly and supportive not only towards patients, but also to relatives who came to meet them. All medicines were given to me on time and routine checkups were done 4 to 5 time a day by doctors in shifts. Dr. Naik himself attended all the patients twice a day. I am very well satisfied by the medical care given to me during these 4 days.

We are so happy with the treatment, service,c support and facilities given by whole team of Sanjeevan Hospital and ICU with NICU. Thanks to Doctors, nurses, admin , each and every individual. All the best and our best wishes are always with Hospital.

Was admitted for dengue and have excellent treatment received from Dr. Manoj Naik & associate Doctors. Nurses and RMO are very friendly and humble. I was taken care properly and within no time I was admitted in Special Ward. My platelets dint fall further after getting admitted in hospital. It's worth giving fees to hospital because they do take care of every patient. 2ndly no unnecessary charges and/or blood taste are imposed on the patient as more burden on patient's and/or patient's family shoulder. The best part is that u will get discharge happily as discharge process is very smooth with less paper work. Keep the same Sanjeevan Hospital team.

We have been consulting Dr Naik at Sunjeevan hospital for the last 4 years. Fully satisfied by the service they provide and the facilities. Dr Naik and his team do a great job ensuring personalised care. This hospital offers one of the most affordable healthcare treatments in today's age.

Now Mr naik is no more with the management and new management is totally clueless
