My dining experience at this restaurant was undeniably the worst I've encountered. The service was abysmal, marked by a complete lack of attentiveness and professionalism. From the moment I entered, it was evident that customer satisfaction was not a priority. The waitstaff seemed disinterested and inattentive, making it challenging to place orders and receive timely service. The food, when it finally arrived, was disappointing in both quality and presentation. It fell far short of the standards one would expect from a dining establishment. Attempts to address these issues with the staff were met with indifference, highlighting a concerning lack of commitment to customer experience. The overall atmosphere was marred by a lack of cleanliness and a general sense of neglect. In conclusion, this restaurant provided an unsatisfactory and regrettable dining experience. I strongly advise against choosing this establishment, as the combination of poor service and subpar food makes it an unworthy option. I have no intention of returning and cannot recommend it to others.
Attended a wedding reception. Service staff and security people were very polite and helpful. Location is very good if you want to be in the center of this town, not a very good location if you want a little bit of peace and quiet around you.
I am Happy to stay at Sunhill Portico. Would love to be a guest once again when I come to Siliguri. Buffet Service needs to be improved. Although the hotel is located inside the city and scenery is not great, hotel has a really good inner atmosphere. It feels completely different inside. Very comfortable. Rooms were cozy. It was a worthy stay experience

We are very glad to have stayed here. The rooms are neat and tidy. The hospitality of the staff are top notch. We were heartily welcomed by the hotel staff and for our breakfast we had a tasty buffet and the sweet smiles of Mr. kanhaiya and Mr. Sourav just made our day. They constantly guided us through the choices of breakfast and was happy to help anytime we needed something. If you are in Siliguri this place is a must stay.
