One rating reduced just for the high price of food items. Otherwise in all aspects be it taste, hygiene, service, ambience, parking, etc,. One of the best restaurants I have been to in Bangalore. The filter coffee here is authentic and one of the best I have had for ~Rs. 30. I would also recommend their cutlet for evening snacks. The complimentary breakfast for hotel guests at this restaurant was also great.

Located inside the Woodlands hotel, this old restaurant still packs quite a punch when it comes to getting meals in the heart of the city. This place has one of the best, if not the best meals that I have eaten lately. The food is fresh and delicious. Wide variety of dishes like coconut rice and at least 3 veggies and multiple accompaniments with the white rice. The juice is also great here. The place is located on the rear side of the woodlands hotel and one would need to go all the way in. But it is worth the trip given how great the food is over here. Highly highly recommended for South Indian meals.

I went to this place on a weekday for lunch. The food is very basic and home cooked taste. There are very less options. It costs 300 per meal, which is quite overrated. I feel we get better meal in a normal hotel.

A fabulous atmosphere, great food, prompt and great service sums up the place. The staff serves with a smile, is happy to oblige all requests. The food is not too spicy, but far from being bland, is actually delicious. A value for money, great offering in an oasis of peace within the hustle and bustle of the city. Visit and repeat visit greatly recommended.

One of the best restaurant I have visited recently, it's a standard vegetarian hotel, very good ambience, restaurant was calm inspite of many customers.. Had meals for lunch, and all items they served was really good. Hospitality was also good.

My place of preference in Bengaluru City. Best hotel with spacious rooms and best in class service and rooms housekeeping taken care of. You have a pure vegetarian restaurant attached to the hotel. If you want to feel like home, then better prefer this hotel. And it's very well centrally located with bus stop, railway station nearby. And vidhan soudha, governor's house etc., are just a thrones away.

The Banana Leaf Food was awesome . At a cost of Approx 270 per plate is a bit higher without any Beeda or Icecream at the end but the quality is too good. Vangi Bath and Pineapple Gojju was fantastic. Overall loved it and must try once. I saw only Banana Leaf Thali served in afternoon so make sure to ask restaurant for other items if you want to try something else.

Lot of space. Very well mannered service. Ambience reminds of the golden old days of the Woodland chain of hotels. Presence of a full blooming Naglingam tree in the parking area made the place full of nice natural scent. The restaurant served authentic South Indian food platter, specially that from Chennai. We enjoyed it very much. Unfortunately there was no veeda after lunch, but then the requirement was very well attended to by a close by Paan Shop.
