Sunglass Hut - Sunglasses store in Hyderabad - Hyderabad, India

Recently I went to purchase a sunglass. Oaklay latch beta (rs- 11490/-) 1.POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. 2. Very Poor packing. ( A product which worth more than 10000 should have a better packing ) 3. very less selection I bought from this shop only because I want to gift it in short time .

Lousy staff not caring the customer needs. The products have not been cleaned and have collected lot of dust. There are other very good sunglass hut stores in Hyderabad but this doesn't match the standards.

Wide varieties of luxurious brands sunglasses are available... Staff is very cooperative ... But no offers are provided wtever be the price which disappointed me a little bit... I bought Bvlgari goggles recently here...

Below is my experience with this store today. I purchased a rayban product (MRP: 10090 rupee on the box) and the store salesman started telling me the price as around 11000 rupee and they would send me the bill in email . I checked the model number on the box and on the warranty card and it is the same. The MRP on the box was covered with a white label so that we cannot read it. When I asked the reason why are they selling me on a higher price they simply stated that prices have been increased. I said whatever the price it is i don't mind, you cannot sell me the product more than the MRP and after a few minutes of argument i paid what is present as MRP and got it. Please remember the below things when you buy from this store: 1) Always ask for a box piece where you can check the model number, year of manufacture and MRP. 2) Never agree for the bill to be emailed to you, ask for the immediate paper bill. The good part in the store is how the salesman explains the products and makes sure that fits our use.

Manager Mr Riaz doesn't answer call and trouble customers in warranty claim issues. And Mr. Prudhvi always reject calls and leaves an sms that he's on leave. They only target on selling rather than on service. Very bad. Didn't expect this from sunglass hut

Fraudulent Behavior 1: Selling already Opened Products to the customers. Fraudulent Behavior 2: Even if it is their mistake "No Refunds but only Replacement is the slogan here." Issue here is that, atleast they must not, must not deny if a person is within the store after purchase and is requesting for refund for above reason that they sold unboxed product. Ideally they are bound to give a sealed product which they never kept on display. This store is resilient to do either. It has become a habit to sell defective items at this location. I liked Rayban aviator glasses and went to the counter and paid. They tried to give the glasses which were on the display and full of fingerprints. I asked at the counter to give new sunglasses which was never opened. He brought another one again with fingerprints and cleaned it with a solution and packed and gave me. I asked him about the fingerprints on the second one too. He said fingerprints came from the factory itself and they could not do anything. After 5-10min I again questioned to give me the Glasses which has a RayBan Sticker on the right glass. He told us that they remove stickers for every product within the store which is absolutely illegal activity. He refused to refund since the transaction was already done. It is such a helpless and pathetic situation and fraudulent behavior of "sunglass hut" which I never expected. They cheat people by selling the already opened and used Sunglasses to innocent people just to save some bucks. The trick here is they tell the customer to pay first and gives an opened item and then says that the transaction is already done and cannot be refunded. Refund is the right of the customer who doesn't like the product especially if it is within 10min, store doesn't have any right on denying the request. Sunglass hut brand by itself has refund in its terms however this store doesn't follow rules set by the Company. Since I bought glasses in a foreign country too. I realized this fraudulent service immediately but imagine the pathetic culture and infringement of the quality of the product at this store. The sales rep / manager of the store must be doing the same with everyone. All I want now is the genuine product for the money that I paid else refund the amount back to me. but they are reluctant to do the same. So all, Beware of this fraud and ask for unopened products. I attended this shop on 6 jan 2020 around 3-5 pm.I have visited many sunglasses stores earlier and the staff was very courteous and helpful.But the day I went to the Inorbit mall sunglasses hut ,the staff was arrogant , the female behaviour and her answers especially.The management needs to take an action on them .because of their attitude they lost their business and I would never visit again to sunglasses hut inorbitmall hyderabad.
