The sales representative was rude, arrogant and didn't allow us to see the models of Ray ban and told us sarcastically "as you have noted the model number, thanks you may leave now. I own a pair of ray Ban glasses from Sunglass hut, being an existing customer I was surprised by this behavior . I was noted the model number to consult with ophthalmologist I request the sunglass hut management to please train your sales team to be nice towards the customers. Everyone should be given the right to see and note the models of glass, if sunglass management should mentioned no photographs allowed.
Good stock & the sales guy was very smart and good dealing with people. He showed me all the glasses and the frame which suits my face. He also gave info.about offers gifts and discounts.
They are selling the damage pieces to the customers so please cross check 2 to 3 times while buying the products . Be more conscious with the staff over there.
Brands are good but the staff behaviour is worest and when we go for warranty the respons of staff is worest better to buy in another sunglass hut
