Sundha Mata Sand Dunes - Visitor center in Sundhamata, Than Mataji - Jalore, India

One of the most attractive destinations responsible for tourism attraction at Sundha parvat...But I'm really disappointed with pollution on sand dunes as there is no such rules are being followed to conserve environment around it. You will found traces of plastic bottles even over the mountains that are higher then the sand dunes. I hope sundha parvat authorities and Rajasthan forest protection authorities will take appropriate actions to protect our Environment. Hope for the good!

Sundha Mata temple is a nearly 900-year-old temple of Mother goddess Chamunda situated on a hilltop called Sundha, located at Longitude 72.367degE and Latitude 24.833degN, in Jalore district of Rajasthan It is 64 km from Mount Abu and 20 km from the town of Bhinmal. Near the temple area a big Community Hall is established by the Trust for devotees to rest during the night and enjoy the scenery of the mountain. Recently, a ropeway service has been started to climb Sundha Mountain, to make the journey easier for pilgrims, making it a memorable experience. Ropeway (Udan Khatola) to the temple--first in Rajasthan--is ready, Rs 130 for both ways (Up & Down) and for up only RS. 106. For senior citizens RS. 65 (Age proof is required)

Nice place for sand dunes experience. Sand was Very hot, when we visited in Mid May 2022. Needs to develop adventure activities there. Can go here from backside of Sundha ma temple.
