Sundernagar Murari Devi Temple - Hindu temple in Sundar Nagar - Mandi, India

Murari devi temple is situated at a hill top which is the highest point of the sundernagar. It has a great view from the top and one can see the beauty of Sundarnagar city from there. To reach there you have to take the sub road along the lake which just starts a few meters before the bus stand and goes along the road. At the end there's a small bridge on the right hand side. Take it and follow the road for the next 12-15 km. After covering that distance you will reach a village called " leda " From where you have to take a left turn and follow it for the next 5-6 km. After completing this you will reach a point from where a unmetled or kachha road will begin by taking a left turn. From there the temple is around 6 km, but that 6km stretch is not easy to drive for 4 vehicler as the road is very narrow and pebbly. But one can drive there which has good knowledge of driving and control over his car. But in my suggestion one should go on 2 vehicler. After reaching you will come across the entrance of the temple from where you have to start taking the stairs which will hardly take 8-10 minutes. And then you will reach the temple.

This place so fascinating, situated at the top of the mountain. Wonderful weather cool n fresh. Place is also good for trekking.

Murari devi temple located just at the peak of the mountain . Near chai ke dora place . You can come over here by bus or by your own vehicle. From sundarnagarr bus stand you will get bus . There is also track for the temple . From the temple the view of the places around looks amazing and the temple is beautiful covered with flowers. There are few shops and obviously a little bit costly also . You can stay over here at srayein by taking permission of the temple committee members. This place is cozy during night even in summers also . Chilled wind freshen up your mind and soul . Best place for the peaceful day. But i request to not litter around the temple. This is place of worship so don't Destroy the nature and the temples around area .
