Highly not recommended. This property owner and property will get closed very soon. That's my promise to everyone. Third class property, plus the owner deliberately didn't accept his mistakes and shouted at me for disturbing his sleep at 12 am, when i was dealing with mosquitoes and bed bugs at his hotel. He did my 1 night bad. I'll do his all nights bad. He deserves this

Too much bad smelly rooms, and too much small insects. This hotel is run by an unhygienic owner, who brings girls at hotel at night and does bad stuff over there. Not good for couples or families or even solo. It's actually a red light area

Inhumane staff and owner. He will get proper treatment. Good treatment. If owner didn't apologise for his mistake, and give full payment back to me, He will be done . The guesthouse is budget friendly and very close to miramar beach is you want to stay is panjim don't miss out the chance to leave here. At this rate you will not get rooms in panjim.

Staff are good. All things are self-service. Like carry your luggage, fill water bottles. Food is not available, which you will have to place an order.

I have stayed here it's a good location and staffs are very co operative.... I totally disagree to the last review of puja and her friend shivanshi...my experience was good....the staffs behavior is good.

Neat, clean and comfortable rooms. We had booked the family room and found it spacious and luxurious. Reasonable and affordable rates for a luxurious room. The management and staff Tilk are very friendly and helpful. There is someone available 24x7. We enjoyed our stay and our children loved it so much that my 1yr old had a smile on his face all through our stay. Looking forward to visiting it again.
