Don't even think of going in the weekend. Huge crowd. It's chaos and big line to buy token and another line to get the food.. You should have done some sort of good deeds to get the chair to sit and unfortunately I wasn't lucky enough.. Scorching heat, standing in beech sand, hot food and sweating, safe to say it was unpleasant experience. Coming to food, prawns was great and so does the meals. Fish fry was overrated.

Taste is very awesome! Why many people are posting negative comments i don't know. Yesterday i had fish meals which is Very worth and taste of tamarind is high And had Prawns fry (12-15pcs) for 150 which is ultimate! Especially that masalas are very rich in Prawns will give rebirth to your Taste buds

There are lot of opinions regarding this place. But my personal context is, the flavour is complete south. Meals rate is very decent, the sides may feel a bit costly but not waste of money. This place may not be up to its hype but it is anyway a very good option. But beware the sandy wind in beach.

Ordered Fish meals, king fish fry and prawns fry. Fish curry in the meal was excellent. King fish fry was okay. Prawns fry, the masala was not even cooked properly. Rice and curry quantity is ALOT! I order takeaway, and three of us had the rice from just one set meals. The rest two set meals was a lot. So understand the quantity before you order. For the hype, it's just a mediocre place. But if you had simply stumbled upon, it's a not bad for the price.

This shop is at the entrance of Marina Beach. First you've to take token for the food. After paying for the food you can give it to the people who's serving food The food available here is absolutely damn good, spicy and tasty. I recommend this shop for budget friendly seafood items and meals for those who are coming to Chennai . I really enjoyed the food. Hope you all will enjoy it if you try once. Parcel also available

Too much hyped beach side food. I tried for lunch as well as dinner. No unique MasaLa or taste, too much oil. I gave 3* for fresh fish. Bit expensive for the fish, egg dosa also just ok. I don't recommend to come here dedicatedly for food. If ur around you can try(i even dont suggest this also). Fish price will vary if its weekend as well. I didn't had rice, idli and all. Disappointed by fish. Dont waste ur money, don't think that let's try atleast once, even after seeing this comment.

Food taste is okay okay. But, quantity is very less for the price. Since it is famous on you tube, results the price are heavy. You could see the nearby shops are empty sometimes while here we don't have seats to have food. Price and taste also good in nearby shops but usually visitors target this shop and want to have something here only. Even I went there like that only.. If you want to go and have food there.. You need to wait there for Getting token Getting food Getting seats Getting side dish which you ordered. You will have fresh fish items for sure. Chicken also available there.

Price high, but teaste super. Egg and white rice 60rs, Fish curry and rice 120rs, Side dish all 120, 150. But taste wise ok for that money.
