Excellent experience- they provide Excellent Bengali food on the boat, during the boat safari - pick you up if you want from your house in Kolkata (of going on a private trip). Also they will drop you at your preferred hotel, and pick you up as arranged from your hotel for boat safari. Overall a very convenient way to tour the Sunderbans!
Went for 1night 2days trip.Staff are well behave. The food was average quality but quantity are enough. The accommodation quality was nice. The cultural program tribal dance was good.The jungle safari was mesmerizing at there were very few sightings of wildlife but we are not lucky enough to see to see the tiger. Overall there service,stay and boat journey was good.

Came to sundarban trip for the first time with Sundarbany tourism. It was a very good experience. The food was really good and staff are so helpful. All the management were done well.
We had a trip with them recently and to be frank the overall experience is not match to the expectations. They should improve the quality of services and management in many aspects.The food, stay was great but the trip experience was really disappointing. Place is quite good. I found natural beauties there. But you have to spend most of the time in boat.
