Very good experience for the pricing. Well behaved staff, and tour guides. Tour was managed very nicely . Fooding was top class. No issue with the quality of the food served. Rooms were neat and clean. I had visited during end of September. Due to heavy rainfall , we along with other guests got wet on the boat , but that was an out of the world experience. Only con was that we couldn't witness Royal Bengal tiger , but ultimately it's about your luck

Had a beautiful experience staying there. Rooms are spacious. Food quality was awesome. Our Sundarban Tour had been arranged by them as well. The tour was excellent and we enjoyed it very much, thanks for the tour operator, Mr. Sukanta Bhowmik, who spared no pain to take care for each and every member of the tour group. The guide provided is quite knowledgeable of the history of Sundarban and explained it beautifully. Will definitely recommend others. Only we didn't like the Baul and Jhumur organised every evening as those appeared to lack the authenticity.

Overall service is good. However, there are few areas for improvement as listed below - 1. Some of the rooms having damp. Need some repair work. 2. Pillows are not comfortable. Too high & thick. 3. It is good to have mutton in one meal in the package tour.

We were 10 of us friends and we went for Sundarban River Cruise day trip. Mr Chinmoy Mukherjee was very courteous. He took extreme care that we felt very comfortable in all aspects. Everything we could think of was great. Food was sumptuous. Boat was spacious and very comfortable. The guide was informative. In total, it was a wonderful service, and Mr Chinmoy gave us a wonderdul day in our lives.

Overall very fantastic experience. Mr. Sukanta Da who guided us from the very first day of journey was awesome in terms of his knowledge service and behaviours. Beside this the resort staff were also very friendly and the arrangements,food, lodging was also top notch. For a reliable smooth sundarban tour,one can undoubtedly choose to stay and roam from here.

Wonderful experience at Sunderban Tiger Roar Resort. They took care of everything, the food and hospitality was great. Sukanta who was our tour coordinator looked after every one very well.

9 of us friends took a days trip to Sundarbans with them for our reunion. The boating part of the trip was a delight. The food was amazing and our guide Shanti Joddar was very knowledgeable and passionate about the Sundarbans. We travelled end-Nov and the weather was perfectly sunny yet cool. We had some great views and wild life sightings. The only drawback was the 3hour drive up and 3 hour down on a minibus from our hotel in Kolkata to the Sunderbans jetty. We were driven up and down by a driver who drove like Shoemaker on steroids.

Its was an awesome time we spent at the tiger roar resort. Nice arrangements. Worthy. Reliable. Good hospitality. Service is good. Boat ride we had good fun and all was arranged so well...you request and they try their best to deliver....
