Sundarban Royal Eco Resort - Resort hotel in Gosaba, Bally - 24 Paraganas South, India

The place is located at a distant place from the jetty. It will take nearly half an hour through local van. The place is full of greenery. One can take experience of fishing here. Rooms are clean but some rats are found on the straw rooftop at night. Generater service are there but at the time of necessity, it will take time and boarders have to take initiative. Meals are average and below expectation. Behaviour of employees are cordial.

Just we completed short trips in royal eco golden at Sundarban from 21.09.23 to 23.09.23. We are happy for their service and all. All staff are very much corporate and always try to give their best service.. I will recommend to stay in this hotel.

Food Quality and Food Service is not good. AC not working Properly Room Service very Poor Charges compare to Service very High Allways delay in Service of And Tour People are less to providing services.

Horrible experience, the worst tour of my life Service is very poor ,degraded, my full family fell sick consuming their rotten uncooked food, And especially the manager of this tour and travel is a uneducated rascal, its my humble request to survey about the tour and travel and then confrm our booking

One of the worst tour experience off my life, third class service, quality of the food was very bad, no first aid service was unavailable moreover the behaviour of manager was rude and threatening
