Sundarban Gateway Resort - Resort hotel in Gosaba, Pakhiralay - South 24 Parganas, India

Medium standard Tour company.Their resort condition is not so good . Main problem is the Service Water as muddy pond water served . Big holes in false ceiling , Damaged door locks , Dirty window curtains , cracked & damaged floor , lot of Spider webs in all rooms . But their Quality ,Test & Quantity of all food is most satisfactory . Their tourist Guide & Launch performance is also good & non questionable . Excluding room condition , nothing is bad .

The ambience is good, amidst nature but the quality of rooms are too poor with spider webs hanging down from ceiling and no gyeser facility in bathroom, management needs to develop the courtesy & Hospitality among the caretakers, sadly even coffee wasn't available. The swans added to the natural beauty of the place.

Ver good place to stay.cum and quite.just behind the river.rooms are neet and cleen toilet is also neet & wide hot water is also available on demand against charge.the lobby is beautifully decorated with tree and flowers.

Good experience. A resort in between full of nature trees birds ponds small cottages and big garden. Pleasent stay good service clean rooms .

Apanjan hotel is one of the best Hotels in Sundarban situated at Pakhiralaya. We arrange an office tour on December, 2017 and book this hotel almost two month ago. As per my knowledge all rooms are two double bed accommodation facilities i.e. 4 persons can easily stay here @ Rs.1200/- per room. Inside condition of the room is good. you can arrange an act of Banobibir Pala here with paying an extra money , just tell the manager. At the time of local sight seen, I watch a sign board of other guest house call Sneha Guest house, it is probably maintain by Pakhiraloy Zilla parishad (not sure) just adjacent to Apanjan, but I am not sure about the room quality and facility of of this guest house (2nd pic). if someone go to Sundarban tour with family , I recommend stay at Apanjan Hotel or Apanjan resort. Good property.Rooms & Wash rooms are very clean. Foods are very good.Staff behaviour is also good

Worst maintainance, rooms are in such a bad condition, spider webs all over, water flowing through AC, Muddy water from pond is supplied,pathway is so slippery, kitchen and dining hall is unhygienic, worst experience, will never suggest to anyone......very bad

Nice service, beautiful location and flowers all around with rare species. Amazing experience.
