Ancient part of the Sunderbans where plenty of clay-pots and clayey images or idols of archaeological interest during 11th to 12th century are collected by the locals of L - Plot island. After the habitation was destroyed due to devastated super cyclones, mangroves vegetation covered the entire island. Dhanchi reserved forest is the southern most part of the GD Island where interesting sub-surface sedimentary structures like Cross-bedding are available after excavation and cut-out trench upon the supratidal zone.

When you plan for a adventure trip, just forget all of your past experiences and enjoy the thrillness with thousand of river, water and of course "TIGER".
