We recently booked a 3 day 2 night Sundarban tour with Sundarban Delta Tourism and it was a very pleasant experience. As per itinerary they picked up on the first day morning from Indian Museum gate on AC car. We were provided breakfast in the car. After reaching the Hotel Bonolata in Pakbiralaya in Sundarbans we got our delicious lunch. After a short tour in boat in the afternoon we were greeted with folk dance program in the hotel lawn with evening tea and snacks. The day ends with dinner. Day 2 was the most thrilling part of the tour. A well maintained mechanised boat was arranged to explore the Sundarban tiger reserve which was an excellent experience. Foods including breakfast, snacks, tea and lunch were served in the boat amidst the mangroves of Sundarban. After coming back to the hotel we again had a folk dance program and the day ends with dinner in the hotel itself. Day 3 was now time for saying goodbye to the place. After having breakfast and then lunch in the hotel we had some nearby sightseeing and then went back to Kolkata. Overall the tour operator and the hotel staffs as well as the guides in the boats were all well mannered, polite and helpful. Room was clean, well maintained and equipped with necessary amenities like AC, TV and geyser in the bathroom. Food served were tasty, good in portin size and mostly as promised in the brochure. Overall it was a great experience with Sundarban Delta Tourism and recommended to everyone looking for a hassle free thrilling yet comfortable Sundarban trip.

Had a great trip to Sunderban along with all family members. Services offered by Delta tourism were excellent. Comfortable stay, nice delicious food and great hospitality offered by them. Special thanks to Suman, who made sure our visit was memorable.Overall, nice and memorable trip.

We have booked a trip to Sundarban on 16-17 Dec 22. It was a very nice trip we had loads of memories from Sundarban.The Sundarban delta tourism group was very helpful , they have provided everything as mentioned in the itinerary. The owner is always reachable on phone and also he is available during your stay in Sundarban , all the food served was awesome and we have enjoyed the experience of having a meal on the boat. The overall trip was nice but there were few issues we faced from boat managers we were promised that they will take us to bird watching session but they just moved us from one island to another and said you would have seen birds in between,that was really disappointing. And the other to thing is no boats go to the dense Sundarban forest for that you will need to book a small boat separately talking with the locals.

An overall good experience. I would say some management skills are needed, and this can be a very good tour. Within the means available, they have organised an excellent trip. Great work by all people involved. SUGGESATION: add multiple accommodation options to cater to different budgets,

Dear Friends We were anxious to visit Sundarban Tour for a long time & were lucky to get a 3 days/2nights package from Sundarban Delta Tourism Company. The online brochure itself was well designed & self explanatory which gave the just and proper information. We were happy to have the owner couple Mrs. Barnali & Mr. Deepak Barkandaj at the Hotel Banalata to meet us and also check that everything was as per planned. A true professionalism. The planning and arrangements were with homely touch. Right from the bus journey, boat rides, food arrangements & accommodation, everything was upto the mark. Considering the remote area the facilities provided were satisfactory. Since we 4,senior citizens were strictly vegetarians the assistants took care of us properly. Especially biryani/pulav and the sweets were delicious. The jungle safari by boat was a new experience. On the whole it was a happy ending Tour. We congratulate Mr. & Mrs. Barkandaj for their vision &successful economical planning. Needless to say that it will be our pleasure to recommend Sundarban Delta Tourism to our friends &relatives. Very professional Good food Resort was neat and clean and they arranged for beautiful folk dance and Bonfire with evening snacks and tea/coffee. The staffs are very helpful. Boat was also neat and clean. Just one thing, the rice quality could have been better
