Looked like a pretty good hotel located near the side entrance of Viruthgirieswar temple (Near Amman Sannidhi). Went here seeing the review. Happy with the quality and taste.
Ordered Mini Tiffin for breakfast. They charged 80 rs. I was ok with it.
Contents of Mini Tiffin were: 1 idly, 1 small uttappam, 1 small size pongal,
1 vada, 1 poori with potato masala, 1 mini coffee, small size sweet along with chutney and sambar.
Everything was ok for me based on quality, quantity and taste.
Drinking water provided was also decent.
I went Solo, but Recommended for family also.
If you are looking for a veg restaurant with good taste and minimal cost this is the one for you... meals cost 90 and its good compared to other restaurants.
This hotel was just opposite to the one of the virudhagiriswarar temple gate. I went to this hotel for lunch with the reference of the lodge where I stayed. I would say this is the one of the best hotel in the surrounding of the temple. Food wise and atmosphere wise, it was good and well maintained. I would recommend to others who searching for good hotels with family visit, this sundaram pillai mess is one you looking for.
Great to have veg tiffin and meals at a reasonable price. It is just opposite of Sri Vrudagirishwara temple.
One of the best restaurant near by any temples u can say. Good food. People there are so kind n friendly service. We went there in covid times still they gave us the best service
Very close to the temple and server nice food at decent price. I had meal and enjoyed every dish in it. My family also had vegetable Biriyani, curd rice and all enjoyed it. Not expensive and tasty too. Kara kozbambu is absolutely awesome. Have a great meal you visit.
