Sundaram Hotel & Banquets - Hotel in Deoghar - Deoghar, India

Well well well I don't know where to start. The location of this hotel is good. That's it, here end my positive point. The rooms were pathetic, dirty, door lock was broken, bedsheet was dirty. No room service available there. Flash of the comode was broken. No food service. They took extra room charge which was not discussed before. My overall experience was very bad.

Room is small, Bathroom is average and service quality is poor. Price is reasonable.

Staff behavior (Gaurav) was excellent. Location of Hotel is very good walk-able distance from Temple. Restaurant was closed but they could arrange food if asked for.

I along with my family went for a short trip to Deoghar and we stayed in Hotel Sundaram. The location is perfect for those who are coming for visiting Baidhyanath Temple. Staffs are very humble. Beautiful and spacious rooms with neat and clean washrooms. A very good hotel like home away from home.

I don't know how some people are posting fake photos of some other hotel in this page. We are from Kolkata and went for a vacation to explore Deoghar. We've booked the entire rooms in this property. All the rooms were very impressive and well set as we arrived. They provide quick service. They have centralised geysers also and beautiful big washrooms. Very nice hotel.

I booked all 1floor of this property for 3 days nd after next day we had shifted to another hotel bcz this property is very much overrated,jst don't go with this reviews Very very bad quality of all the doors(bathroom nd main door),they don't evn get locked and very dirty bedsheet evn made request to change it they will not change it.Food is very very bad bcz they don't have their own restaurant so don't expect premium food,they will get your food from somewhere else nd it is very low quality evn 50rs is not worth for it. And the service is also worst as same bcz i complained about water is not coming in the bathroom in 3 rooms seems like taps are not working, they jst ignore all my problems evn making lots of requests to repair it.Also All the amenities are of no use at all!! Bcz in some rooms ac doesn't cool and tv is not working ,no landline phones is there u have to go to the reception, rooms are very small and cozy,beds and pillows are also uncomfortable bcz it is too hard nd thin which will make your night as nightmare nd morning with lots of pain in neck I recommend everyone who's looking to stay here after seeing the positive reviews that jst dont ever go with this reviews as it seems they are paid up or in relation with the owner bcz i stayed here with my family nd i know the truth behind it and i don't want others to suffer the same as like me

Very small cozy rooms, doors are broken, bad quality cheap food, late service,also evn the several requests they dont chnge the dIrty bedsheet. nothing is perfect in this hotel and continues ignorance of our problems by the manager. #OVERATED PROPERTY #THEY JST FOOL AND THUG PEOPLE IN THE NAME OF OVERATED REVIEWS

One of the worst hotel in Deoghar. I would rather say they are cheater. They charged us for 4pc motton and they served 2 pc each. Apart from this there service is to pathetic. Beware of these thugs and look for better option.
