I wouldn't really call it a market as you may not get your basic necessities here. Probably it was one earlier. The place is primarily a centre for buying Indian craft and art items. There are a few restaurants and sweet shops which may cater for your for food needs though. Please keep in mind that this is located in Central delhi and is in the posh residential area of Sunder Nagar.
