Good villas amidst rural areas. Groceries/restuarants are the only drawback since we have to go to tiruvallur to get good stuffs... Peaceful environment... Good for people post retirement...

Poor construction done by amarprakash . It is a budget housing society but the quality of construction is poor. So buyers must be beware. One could construct better quality house by ourselves.
A park in Sun city?who needs a park? Open the door of a flat or a villa u are very much on the park.While in home if u dont spoil the air with your cooking, then u really get scent and fragance of banana leaves , budding banana flowers , bogenvilla flowers and so many whose names u remember if u had studied botany recently. What a plesant sight and aroma throughout the colony .It is a bliss to be there. If u hv some visitors u can boast about the exclusive parks which lose their importance because of the flora and fauna in the colony. Great place to be in.
Very peaceful residential gated community. Greenery and spacious locality. This is not a park for walking or kids.
There are many small parks in suncity community. It is the best place to stay in outskirts of chennai and soon going to be in chennai circle. Kids have many open places to play like olden days.
The place is a little too small to be named a park, nevertheless, it would be a great spot for little children as the park has see-saw, swing, slide and other such games.
