1. A little costly in a small city like hisar. 2.They forced to gave you a room on same flour even all room's are not good on this flour some have AC issue some hav space and some have watar Hater even other flour have empty rooms.... 3. Food was ok a little costly.

nice to stay here. very polite and cooperative staff. good rooms. good location. restorent service is a bit slow. but overall hotel is very good to stay.

food is awesome . The best part is hustle free check in.The staff is good.The best part is restaurant is also connected with hotel. sofa are not so clean.if this can be ignored everything is good.

Overall experience including stay, food and other amenities was fantastic. The staff was polite and courteous. Love to stay next time also.

every thing in room clean. only no hot water in wash room but i like the hotel. food was delicious and tasty.

Very bad experience ever I had.. Receptionist was too arrogant.. Nd room was ok nd clean too.. But very small.. Very important tv was not working.. No setup box there.. Waste of money..if u can avoid this hotel.. Then do otherwise u will avoid this in next.. Horrible experience

Location: difficult to find even with Google maps was revolving round and round around the hotel but hard to find. The hotel is in the mall with no signboard to locate it. Rooms: AVG rooms in terms of cleanliness, washrooms were less than average clean, hot water from shower was coming a very slow speed. Services: would give them 3.5 for service as staff was friendly but at the time of checkout the manager at the reception asked for payment for a prepaid room. Would have given them overall 2.5 but option was not available.

hotel room is very good, service is slow, but u can get food easily as it in side multiplex. Power cut issues is there regarding which hotel was unable to say anything...as feedback they must have to look into this. Overall saty is good.
