Hospital is located on a busy road. One of the oldest private hospitals in Paota area. It used to attract lot of patients initially . But with over time as more hospitals came up , Suncity could not compete with them. Quality came down but prices kept on going high. This made patients to look elsewhere. Hygiene is also a concern. One can smell strong phenyl in galleries. Staff is also rude at times , they need training in soft skills to learn to speak emphatically.
It's the same story of a hospital losing its spark when the management turns it into a pure business venture and loses on humane values.

I just came from the suncity hospital and I am not satisfied with their staff and doctors. All are making money, they don't know how to talk and how to consult. Even no one helped us. I'd not recommend to anyone. Worst services..
