Sunbeam Hotel - Hotel in Bhuntar - Kullu, India

Really bad pathetic experience I had,first of all the reception guy was rude and was charging inappropriate charges , he gave a room with a high charge and when we entered inside it ,there was no TV access,on complaining it and after several requests he gave room with TV access but charged extra 200 , later evening when I pull out the blanket the bed sheet was too much dirty with stains of blood and I had to made several requests to change it, the toilet flush wasn't working , food prices are unrealistic.Even tea is paid but still in the morning u won't get it before 9 as kitchen staff arrives by that time . They don't give you GST bill of room but they charge GST even on single cup of tea. I strongly recommend not to chose it.

Worst place to stay..rats were there in there room. Room was also very dirty. Staff was good. But I'll never even think to stay in this hotel. Can u believe rats were roaming around while u were there..even they had our dinner also. 0 is more than enough for this hotel. The reception was so good like it's a 3 star hotel but the reality is very much disappointing. Guys please never to think to stay in this .

Loved the place. Very close to the highway and food was very tasty we ordered Chicken biryani, dosa, veg Manchurian. It had ample space for car parking.

The budget room I stayed in was quite good ! Service is good ! Food available as per your choice !.

Everything was going well in our dinner but then we found chicken pieces in dal. That was very insulting to the pure veg members of my family. I am myself non veg but the pain it has caused to my family is immense. It doesn't matter how tasty the dishes are if you are not diligent enough about what you are serving to your guests. Hope this review is helpful to all who are deciding to visit this hotel. If they can serve chicken dal to vegetarians, you can imagine what all things can come in your dishes.

Not a oyo hotel but decent place to stay. The hotels seems to be quite old as most of the doors and locks are jammed. They have a parking but the room service is quite slow. The staff around is friendly. The washrooms were clean. I would prefer to stay here with friends rather than family. A decent place to stay without loosening up your pockets. The rooms were large with a balcony attached to every room. It was a pleasant stay there.

Well it sounds cheap and not oyo at all. The place is surrounded by two hotels near by it. The hospitality is good but the cleanliness of the place is below average. The services they provide are also not upto the mark. The blankets and bedsheet are not clean and looks like they haven't been cleaned for a long time. The hotel is at a cream location yet overall it is below average. The food here is also of low quality, gave me food poisoning and tad on a expensive side. Not too expensive but a little bit. I would suggest to look for other option before choosing this one and choose it only if it is your last resort.

Seriously not happy with anything belongs to hospitality. I suggest you to work for customer and there satisfaction. You don't even know that from which part of this country they are coming (may be some of them from foreign). Provide all the basic items and have some good manner to talk with them. More polite you Will be much respect you will absorb. Next upto you that how Positively you took this feedback.
