This place is antique. It requires maintenance. Yet it has tranquillity and lesser people in it. This place is not yet known by many compared to other sightseeing places. But it's worth visiting.
Idol is full of excellence and grace. Main negligence is dilapidated structure. In a few yards pl. find Subhadra Mandir and Nadia Gauranga Mandir. One should contract an e-rickshaw for Chakratirtha Temple cum Beach halt for 1.5 hours and Bedi Hanuman Temple cum Sonar Gauranga Temple for half hour.
It's an ancient lovely devotional place.
It's a nice place to visit where the idols of krishna in young age and in baby age which is made up of gold is available...photography of idols is prohibited..there are also subhadra temple and nadiyar gouranga is present and photography is allowed there...books about the puri odissa and the jagannath temple is available there in the gate.
Mobiles and Cameras are not allowed hence could not take photos. But the place is beautiful, so calm. I wanted to sit there for sometime. An idol of Gouranga, Subhadra were there. The place is too old and not well maintained but I liked. You can also get drinking water over there....
very good place but no so popular temple found broken partly and not maintained properly requesting odisha govt to take care. this is a historical place.
Needs a lot of renovation, but it is still very charming in a different way.
The pandit who is in charge is not good in behaviour. Otherwise the place is very very quiet and peaceful
