Will try give a detailed review. Sunaina hospital has very good mouth to mouth appreciation spread around in the district of muzaffarpur. It is Dr. Sudhanshu's Eye clinic.very big indeed with camera installed in every corner but poor lighting arrangement. Ventilation is somewhat average. Listing out details in .. 1. Very crowded , patients keep coming to them. 2.Staff seems to be exahusted due to overwork and as a result sometimes gets frustrated. 3.I visted with my relative for cataract issue, atleast 3 times a paticular eyedrop was given to my relative(eye drop creates a little uneasiness in eye). I overheard that the drop is used to dialate the pupil so that it can be checked up easily in the machines installed . 4. About the fee it is 400 rs (as of 11 oct 2022.) 5. I did not face the issue about the consultation becuase it was arranged by someone known person from within the clinic.People are complaining about the queue and waiting period , it might be true becuase when I enquired they said that we will get the appointment only on every Monday that too at 5 am. 6. I have heard that people from round the muzaffarpur district come early morning around 1-2am to get the appointment . 7. I did not face this issue because it was arrangend by some known person at Rs 600 ( 200Rs extra ) 8.Before going to doctors chamber you will have to pass from atleast 4 different rooms for different type of eye check up 9. for example at conter no 1 , they will ask for any allergies any prior disease and your health history. at counter no2 they will eye site visibilty say whether it is 6/12 or 4/12. Similary other tests 10.Patients are advised to buy the medicine from Chhaya medicine . 11. Finally you will reach doctors chamber. He is polite in behaviour but due to overcrowding he will not be able to dedicate more than 5 minutes to each patient. 12.The prescription is valid for 30-40 days 13. My relative was advised for catract operation which will be scheduled later. Advise ->> If you want to avoid crowd and want the same facility eye check up at affordable price . You can visit Ramakrishna mission, Bela Ashram. It is just 100 m away from Sunaina Eye clinic. I am not suggesting anything about Sunaina eye clinic but has only stated facts which I have observed.

Doctor Sudhanshu sir is very good sir but one has to be very careful in entering the number. Sir, there should be a website from where the patient can enter the number online and when the number is added then it will be visible.

Worst management if you want to appointment with doctor .First of all you have to wake 5 or 6 am to give adhar card Xerox to his compounder then you will have to go again 12:30 am approx to get a receipt in which appointment date is listed thats not enough on the date of appointment you will have to again stand on line to get the report from compounder. I have never seen any worst management of any hospital than this one .

The eye hospital is in own building.Very neat and clean.Sitting arrangement is good for waiting patients and attendent.More airy waiting hall.

I went there for my father's cataract surgery. I really admire Dr Sudhanshu as a doctor as well as an excellent human being. His behavior and approach towards his patient is truly awesome. All working staffs are very polite and helpful. My father is equally happy and satisfied after his surgery.

Crowd - There is Huge rush at this clinic , people management is not so great , people are scattered everywhere in and around . Doctor - He is polite and listens to all your problem. Suggestion - Please move your appointments to Online or via call where you can actually provide a time slot for patients.

Worst management. First you have to be in que from 2 a.m and then also it is not sure that ki apka line lag jayega. If you are lucky then Dr saheb ki darshan ho jayenge. I would suggest go for another doctor. He might be a good doctor but his management system is from "Mughal era".

The doctor is old and experienced but his administration is obsolete. In today's time we have to go there at 5 am for token and then wait for 7-8 hrs. It would be better if doctor will learn little bit about clinic management along with medical.
