Worst hospital, worst service with worst doctor facility, specially the medical director doesn't know what to speak and what not to speak with the patient. Highly demotivator. Hospital is mentioned to be a multi-speciality but doesn't even have an advanced scanning system nor CT-scan. For each and every test and diagnosis need to go other hospital. Never ever go to this hospital.

Worst hospital never seen in Udupi On 5 may I was supposed met in accident for 15minutes I was suffering from pain there was no doctors in hospital nurses are lazy they don't know how to handle paitent after doctors came they have done x ray then they have told it was normal they suggest me to some ankel binder I accepted that They gave some antibiotics tablet And they have bill me around 4k After 5 days I went for KMC because I was suffering from pain doctor have scolded me and that x ray was Wrong even ankel binder was given wrong they suggested me to do re xray with load they explained me what was the problem Sunag hospital bill was very expensive

Worst ever doctor is Dr Narendra Kumar. My suggestion is please Don't go to him. Just money making hospital. If you go for simple cough also he ask you to admit to the hospital. I spent around 10 thousand just for cough of my mother in law. Please please please don't waste your money coming here.

Services are good. Doctor is good....Nurses are good...Required more trained receptionist...because they give priority to their own known people to meet Doctor....No queue for known people...Medicines are very costly...Middle class people will suffer.....I was regular visitor...but last time they charged Rs 3245/- for fever and headache....including blood tests...most surprisingly...they gave me a cough syrup which has content of menthol syrup...So I am sick with throat infection.....an extra gift from hospital for paying Rs 3245....I will consider this hospital as last option since now...

One of the worst hospital I have ever visited. They have their own pharmacy in the hospital itself. We purchased the medicines prescribed by them from the same pharmacy but forgot to ask for the cash memo, on coming home we were surprised to see one the the capsule sold by them were expired last year. We went there the next day but they refused to except our complaint and said it was not sold by them. The pharmacy does not give the cash memo on their own nor they return the prescription saying it is kept for record purpose for reference on our next visit. This is the practice they follow and the staffs are well trained for this purpose.
