Well, I came here with very high hopes (thanks to the Online Travel Agents for hyping this) but once I paid for the rooms at the hotel, that's when the real drama began. Basically what you get for the hefty price is just a roof over your head, as simple as that. Please don't expect anything complimentary (even though they claim themselves as a 4-star property and charge a hefty mount). You will be charged for basic amenities (expected in a star hotel) such as dental kit, shaving kit, slippers, mineral water beyond 1 Litre for 2 people. Yes, they only provide 1 litre for 2 people for their whole stay. Talking about the toiletries, we were only provided with a Glycerine soap and "a Clinic Plus sachet", yes a sachet or shampoo. I am sharing a review about the scenario after booking an "Executive Room". To all the travellers, who are viewing the hotels with the so called attractive price at Google or Online Travel Agencies, the rates differ very much once the taxes are applied. The restaurant failed to provide even a glass of hot/warm water for lunch (we finished the lunch, yet the hot water didn't come). I don't usually post bad reviews but this time, I had to as I am regretting booking this hotel. I am currently typing this review sitting in their lobby after speaking to the Duty Manager (still they are casual, carrying on their routine activity). Well, I am pretty sure that you may get a wonderful hotel by spending Rs500 extra and get much better amenities in return. If you are coming to this hotel, please don't come with any hope. Please come expecting only a roof for your head.

Nice experience at sunpark My favourite hotel and restaurant I I ever experienced because there are few points which make it my favourite. Firstly the location of the hotel is so prime and convenient to reach. Secondly the staff is so humble and helping that you will never feel awkward. Thirdly, the architecture in the interior makes you fall in love for this place and not only these things matters but the main thing the food is above all, you must try the buffet in the lunch or in the dinner.

I went there with my family for dinner, it was a great experience for all including my 70 year old mother to 8 year old children. The staff was always up on is toes, they ensured that kids get their meal first, since they were already hungry, and soon everything was on our table, all within 20 minutes. The food was sumptuous, portion was really good, taste was impeccable and the whole vibe was just incredible. This place is great for everything, from parties to intimate dinners to family dinners to stays, I would recommend this to all 10/10. You can never go wrong with Taj, City Centre will be a little more right.

The experience was great, day 2 they have upgraded to premium executive room for 0 cost. The property is clean, room was spacious and food is good. And security staff is nice and cooperative. The property is highly recommended.speacil thanks Mr Mohit and manager Mr Deepak Vandana

It was my first experience with sunpark team . I enjoyed my stay a lot . We came sunpark for the attend the marriage . We enjoy a lot there . Food and events management was amazing and helpfull they are very professional and his service was amazing . Decent hotel, a bit overpriced. was getting better price for immediate check-in as compared to my 4 month advance booking. Breakfast was nice. No welcome while check-in. Room size is sufficient for 2 only.

Sunpak was best hotel . We had there very comfortable stay . I am happy to stay there . Good r ooms and washroom amenities is good also room is species .we are come back here next week

Booked two rooms for our stay. Got one of the worst rooms available out of all. Stinky cigarette smells in the lobby, dirty linens, smelly bathrooms are all add ons. Called and shouted to the reception who were unbothered to respond even. Top of it all, no hot water in the bathroom. Go at your own risk but not for the family.
