I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Sun and Shade Hotel, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed and valued. Check-in was a breeze, and the concierge team was always ready to offer recommendations and assistance throughout our stay. One of the standout features of this hotel is its dining options. The on-site restaurant served delicious cuisine, and the breakfast buffet was a feast with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. The hotel's location was perfect for us. It offered a serene and peaceful escape from the city while still being conveniently close to local attractions and activities. The entire staff at the Sun and shade Hotel deserves recognition. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable and memorable. Their friendly and attentive service truly made a difference. We stayed for two days in Sun N Shades. It was indeed a wonderful experience for me and my wife. Even though the rooms were small, it was well managed, clean and had a beautiful view. The food they provided were exceptional. I had breakfast and dinner for two days and it was really good. Their services were also commendable. Will definitely visit again

Hotel looks like bit small but their service is excellent. The behavior and service of the staff is awesome. Even if we have a problem, they promptly act and solve it as soon as possible. Our room was bit small but neat and clean. Food was so great and delicious but rather than that the way they are serving it is exceptionally awesome. Thanks to Mr. Bilal, The two people managing the restaurant (forgot their names one senior staff and the other gentlemen). Thanks for your excellent services.

My hotel stay was exceptional. The room was immaculate, staff attentive, and the amenities top-notch. The location was convenient, with easy access to attractions. The dining experience was also outstanding. Overall, a memorable and enjoyable stay that exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended!

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel.They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Mr Bashir was the most humble person i met there, they provide us with everything we need. And also thanx to other staffs. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, room with excellent service in where we had our breakfast and dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Pahalgam.

DISAPPOINTED I recently stayed at this hotel and wanted to share my disappointing experience regarding the pricing. When I initially booked my room, I was quoted a certain price, which I found reasonable and within my budget. However, upon checking out, I was shocked to see that the final bill was significantly higher than what I had been initially told. This price difference was a major disappointment for me, as it made my stay much more expensive than I had planned for. The hotel staff explained that there were additional charges for various services, but I felt that these were not adequately communicated to me during the booking process. It left me feeling like I had been misled and that the hotel was not transparent about their pricing. While I cannot deny that the hotel itself was comfortable and the staff were generally friendly, this price discrepancy left a sour taste in my mouth. I would caution future guests to double-check all charges and fees before booking at this hotel to avoid any unpleasant surprises during checkout.
