Location at which hotel is situated is good in term of availability of commutation. Services: should be minus if possible. None of the requirement was fulfilled in one call. Immediate means 30 min. as per the hotel employees understanding. Facilitaion and room: interior was in bad shape, toilet seat was damaged. All the switchs and sockets (except one) were not working. TV screen was damaged. Curtains were unable to cover the outdoor lighitng. No electric kettle was given. No warm water for bathing was available till 7:30 hrs in the morning. Payment mode: no online payment is accepted as they have to pay tax on the payment recived. (Dont want to pay tax as per their reseption staff). However Tax was charged on items called in room. I was charged for drinking water bottle ( took only two in the whole day in a family of four) too. 0% recommended for stay. Hotel Sun Thanks for making our visit memorable.

1- Price is not same as showing websites. Price is for per night -2800/- 2- Room Service Very poor. If you order something then it will take more than an Hour. Also you have to remind them what did you order after 45 min. 3- Food is very dirty

That's literally my worst experience ever these guys are most pathetic humans beings you will ever find on this planet earth . Location is like I m in some sort of village of monkeys also no parking for car they said me to park it outside property. Tv was not working also same with the ancient window Ac of Mughals era and the worst part was the food they served cold n stale no buffet system no nothing literally forcing us to buy water bottles . All other premium hotels were not available even 1 week before booking and I think this is the only reason this harappan era lodge kinda hotel is surviving.

A very good and comfortable hotel quite close to the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort. Mr. Sudhir was very nice to us and we checked in directly with no issues. We stayed there for 1 night on 03/07/2023 Staff was very cooperative and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable offered at a reasonable rate. Overall I recommend it wholeheartedly and hope you have an enjoyable experience at the Sun Hotel!

Old and rusty property which needs major upgrades and staff seems to be underpaid thus always demanding tips and keeps on insisting for visit to the resturant named Mehfil inside the lobby area, room was clean,hot water was not that hot and no soap in the bathroom but 2 shampoo packet was provided. Giving this hotel 3 stars as for now

Hotel was good, location excellent, staff is so polite mr sudhir is cooperative . But the main thing is food. Food is awesome. Taste yummy. So many times we decided to go out for dinner but we didn't went as the taste of food is yummy. Breakfast, lunch, dinner everything just awesome. Restaurant staff is also very polite n nice. They helped us for other things also. Just awesome.

Stay was ok, but room was not as shown in website and food was also ok ok type. Pro: 1. Near to Taj and Fort. 2. They provide 1 small soap and 1 small shampoo. 3. Ola is available from sun hotel (Ola auto from hotel to Taj gate only 65rs by ola auto). 4. Hotel Food was ok, but you cant bring outside food in hotel. Cons: 1. No geyser. No Hot water in room. You need to call reception for bucket of hot water. Some time its annoying. 2. No towels and no drinking water bottle provided. 3. Tip culture in overall Agra.
