The hotel staff was really helpful as we were delayed due to long traffic jam. But specific mention to Kalsang who supported us during off time and being really helpful for us to settle down. Definitely recommend to stay here and very near to market place which makes it much more pleasant stay.

Stayed for 4 nights at Summit Oriental, Gangtok along with my parents in November 2023. Booked 2 rooms for the same, which were clean and well maintained. Buffet breakfast options were adequate and sufficient for all. In house restaurant maintained proper hygiene and served tasty lunch and dinner. All the staffs were very well behaved, polite and always ready to serve you with a smile. Special mention goes for Pushpa, Bhavesh, Kelsang, Bhavna (Manager), Pratiksha, Upashana, Nishal. Thank you all for making our stay a memorable one.
We booked this hotel for one day.. Location is so good hospitality specially I liked to connect with Kelsang who attended us so nicely.. Definitely will recommend this hotel to stay.
